Begin Quantum World Congress with useful ideas, valuable relationships, and a clearer path to action. On September 22, the eve of QWC, the invitation-only Inaugural UK–US Quantum Security Forum at the U.S. Naval Academy will bring together leaders from allied industry, government, defense, and research to turn shared challenges into practical collaboration.
As Forum logistics are finalized—including base-access instructions and possible bus transportation—updates will be posted here and emailed to confirmed attendees.

Travel
- Airport
- BWI Thurgood Marshall Airport is recommended for travel to Annapolis. It is considerably closer than Dulles/IAD, and Washington Beltway traffic can be heavy.
- Ground transportation
- Taxi, Uber, and Lyft serve BWI; Lyft is often slightly less expensive. Allow additional travel time during rush hour.
- Continuing to QWC
- If you are continuing to QWC in College Park, Maryland, plan for a separate trip from Annapolis after the Forum. The Forum and QWC require separate registration.
- Possible round-trip bus
- We are exploring a round-trip bus between College Park and Annapolis on September 22, based on attendee interest. If you would use the bus, please indicate interest during registration. Service and schedule are not yet confirmed.
