When is the Forum?
The Forum will take place on September 22, 2026.
How long is the Forum?
This is a one-day event. Check-in begins at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time, and the evening reception concludes at 7:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Visit the Agenda page for the programme.
Travel, Access and On-site Experience
How do attendees gain access to the Naval Academy?
Access requirements depend on citizenship, identification, and how you plan to enter the base. All foreign nationals must complete Form 5512.
U.S. citizens who plan to drive onto the base must complete Form 5512 unless they hold a CAC, retiree CAC, or DBIDS credential.
U.S. citizens with a REAL ID who plan to walk onto the base, or enter as a passenger in a vehicle driven by someone with driving privileges, do not need to complete Form 5512.
Attendees who need to complete the form will receive detailed instructions by email.
Will transportation be available?
We are currently gathering interest in a possible bus service. Transportation will depend on the number of attendees who indicate interest during registration. Bus service is not yet confirmed, and registered attendees will receive updates.
Where can I park?
Parking instructions will be published and emailed to registered attendees closer to the Forum.
Will food and drinks be provided?
Yes. Coffee and other beverages will be available throughout the day. Lunch will be provided, followed by dinner, hors d’oeuvres, and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages during the evening reception.
What should I do if I have a food allergy or dietary restriction?
Please include any allergies or dietary restrictions on your registration form. Our team will follow up if additional information is required.
Registration and Cost
I am registered to attend. What happens next?
Please review your registration confirmation and any access instructions carefully. If you are required to complete Form 5512, you will receive instructions by email.
We will continue sending logistical information and important updates as the Forum approaches.
How much does the UK-US Quantum Security Forum cost?
An introductory registration rate of $395 is available for the first 30 confirmed registrations.
When does registration close?
Registration closes 30 days before the Forum to provide sufficient time for required security and access procedures.
What happens if I can no longer attend?
If an attendee is unable to attend, requests for substitutions may be considered. Please contact Phase Meridian as soon as possible. Substitutions are not guaranteed.

Programme and Participation
What topics will be covered?
The working-group topics are Talent & Workforce, Technology & Operations, and Markets & Commercialisation. Tables of approximately 8–10 participants will explore specific subtopics within these themes.
Can I participate as a speaker or facilitator?
Because the Forum prioritises working-group sessions, the number of formal speaking roles is limited. If you are interested in facilitating a round-table discussion, please contact Gibson@Phase-Meridian.com .
