Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to:
- Treat attendees with respect.
- Engage in good-faith discussion and debate.
- Respect differing viewpoints and opinions.
- Support a collaborative and inclusive environment.
- Follow instructions from conference organizers and venue personnel.
- Respect attendees’ privacy and confidentiality.
- Conduct themselves in a professional manner.
Robust subject-matter-related discussion and disagreement is encouraged. Personal attacks, harassment and disruptive or unprofessional conduct are not. Conference organizers may take immediate action when they reasonably believe conduct threatens the safety, integrity, professionalism, or orderly operation of the event. Violations may result in removal without refund.
Conference organizers retain sole discretion to:
- Interpret this Code of Conduct.
- Investigate concerns.
- Take corrective action as necessary.
By registering for the conference, participants acknowledge they have read, understand, and agree to comply with this Code of Conduct.
